Welcome to Jo Waterford Therapies
Relax – Restore – Rebalance
Holistic treatments created for women
I have been a mobile therapist for over twenty years and I love what I do.
I offer therapies to women of all ages, to support them through all stages of life from fertility through to menopause and beyond. I have found treating women in their homes gives them the peace and privacy they need, to enjoy their treatments, in their own safe space.
Living now in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside, my mobile business covers Bromyard, Leominster, Ledbury, Bishops Frome and Bredenbury
Therapies I offer include :
Holistic – massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, hot stone massage, crystal massage, reiki healing , Tropic facials and hopi ear candles.
Pregnancy – massage including breech baby help and advice, post natal massage, reflexology including priming for labour, C- section work, Baby massage & reflexology.
Why not read my blog posts to find out more or sign up to my monthly newsletter?
I’ve been having treatments with Jo for about 5 years now and I’ve never been disappointed. Jo is extremely professional and accommodating to each treatment, request from a relaxing full body massage, to carpal tunnel injury, Hopi Ear Candles to Reflexology to name a few.
I’d highly recommend anyone trying one of Jo’s treatments…..can’t wait for my next visit.
