About Jo Waterford

My love for anatomy came when I first trained in massage in 1999, which started my love for my therapies. I found it completely fascinating learning about all the different systems in our bodies and how they work together. Everything else I have trained in has enforced my love for how our bodies function.

I subsequently trained in aromatherapy, which taught me about the chemistry and the use of essential oil’s in therapeutic practice. Reflexology came next and it has led me down the path of women’s health for fertility, pregnancy and the menopause. I followed on with infant massage and gentle touch reflexology for babies.

I believe it’s important for women’s health to be supported throughout their lives, with the many changes we go through. With the use of massage and reflexology, I can bring about balance to your health by helping you sleep better, reduce stress, help with anxiety and mental health problems. When we create balance we create harmony.

Having moved to the beautiful county of Dorset, my mobile business covers Dorchester and surrounding villages from Upwey to Blandford and the Isle of Purbeck.
